K-Kids: Building Young Leaders Through Service

K-Kids is the largest service organization for elementary school students, with more than 1,200 clubs worldwide—and it’s making a powerful impact right here in our school community.

Through K-Kids, students discover their passion to serve, develop leadership skills, and learn how to collaborate with others to make a difference in their schools and neighborhoods. As club members, students take ownership by planning and leading service projects that benefit those around them.

Whether they’re organizing food drives, assisting the elderly with chores, or raising funds for school needs like sports equipment and extracurriculars, K-Kids are creating real, positive change in both big and small ways.

But perhaps the greatest impact is the transformation within the kids themselves. They’re not just learning to serve—they’re learning to lead.

In K-Kids clubs around the world, students are learning that leadership starts with service—and that even the smallest hands can make a big difference.

Our first K-kids meeting of the year is in the books! We’re so proud of these great leaders with big ideas. Stay tuned for all the exciting things this amazing group will be doing throughout the year!

Support the GSES K-Kids Blessing Box!

Our amazing K-Kids Club sponsors a Blessing Box located at the front of Gulf Shores Elementary School. This special box is stocked with non-perishable food items donated by our GSES families to help those in our community who may need a little extra support.

If your family would like to contribute, please have your student drop off non-perishable items in the wagon outside Mrs. Taylor's door in the 100 building.

Items will be added to the Blessing Box as they come in, and will be available to anyone in need.

Thank you for helping us spread kindness and support throughout our school and community!
