Sonya Price, Assistant Principal

Sonya Shepler Price grew up in Pensacola, Florida, where she attended and graduated from Pensacola High School. She graduated from The University of West Florida with a degree in Elementary and Special Education. She earned a degree in Library and Media from The University of West Alabama, and one in Educational Administration from the University of South Alabama. Presently she is completing her Specialists degree, and working on her doctorate in Educational Leadership from Auburn University. Mrs. Price is a National Board Certified teacher, and has taught in Elementary, Middle and High Schools. She most recently served as an Instructional Coach. While not working, Mrs. Price enjoys remodeling around her home, and restoring or building furniture from materials that she finds in her 65 Ford pickup.
