Molly Sparkman, Instructional Support Specialist

My name is Molly Sparkman. I am originally from Jasper, Alabama. I am married to Nate, and in the fall, you can find us cheering on the Auburn Tigers. War Eagle! I attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. I am currently attending Auburn University to earn a master’s degree in educational leadership. I have taught kindergarten and third grade for 6 years, with most of those years being in third grade. 

My favorite part about being a teacher and an administrator is building relationships with students that inspire them to see their potential. I strive to help students grow in all areas, especially the areas in which they are most passionate. I believe school should be a place that not only supports students' needs but also their aspirations through an abundance of unique and exciting learning opportunities. 

I am excited for another wonderful year at Gulf Shores Elementary and can't wait to watch all of our students grow!
